低碳导向下街区尺度和路网密度规划研究 被引量:10

摘要 街区尺度和路网密度不仅影响城市的空间形态,也影响城市交通的能源消耗。小街区密路网的组织形式有利于提高土地混合利用程度,鼓励居民使用步行或自行车低碳出行。该文通过对相关规范、步行距离、学术研究的总结分析,认为以低碳为导向的街区尺度应该控制在100~200m范围,各类路网总密度达到10km/km^2~16 km/km^2。通过对国内6个低碳城街区尺度、路网密度的比较发现,部分低碳城的街区尺度偏大,道路密度偏低,难以达到低碳交通的目标。建议通过街区二次划分、道路截面改变等相关措施进行改善,促进市民低碳出行,减少交通碳排放。 Block scale and road network density not only affect the urban spatial morphology, but also affect the energy consumption of city traffic. The organization of small blocks and dense road network is conducive to raising the level of mixed land use, and encourage people to use low-carbon travel on foot or bike. Based on the codes, walking distance, summary and analysis of academic research, we suggest that under the guidance of low carbon, the scale of blocks should be controlled within 100-200m and the total density of various types of road network should be 8 km/km2-16 km/km2. Comparing the block scales and road density of 6 low carbon cities, we find that some of the low carbon city is with large block scale and low road density, it is difficult to achieve the target of low carbon transport. It is suggested to apply measures like second division of blocks and changing sections of roads to improve the situation and to promote low-carbon transport as well as reduce transportation emissions.
