摘要
销轴节点由于外形美观、施工方便、构造简单等特点,已广泛地应用于建筑结构构件连接中,但在钢桁架与钢柱连接中并不多见,而且在我国规范中还没有相关规定。参考欧洲规范对销轴节点进行设计,并对销轴节点进行了静力荷载和循环荷载作用下的足尺和缩尺试件的试验研究。同时采用有限元软件ABAQUS进行分析校核,得到了极限承载力、荷载-位移曲线和滞回曲线。试验结果表明,销轴节点具有较好的延性和抗震性能,验证了欧洲规范计算方法的可靠性和适用性。最后,提出了销轴计算公式改进建议和相关节点构造措施。
Because of properties of beautiful appearance,convenient construction and simple structure,pin-connected joints have been widely used in building structure connections. However,adoption in the joints between steel truss and steel column is scarce, and there is no related specification in codes of China. European code was referred to design pin-connected joints. And experimental studies on full scale and reduced scale pin-connected joint specimens were carried out under static load and cyclic load actions. At the same time,finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze and check the tests to obtain the hysteresis curves of ultimate bearing capacity,load-displacement curves and hysteresis curves.The experimental results show that the pin-connected joint has well ductility and seismic performance,and the reliability and applicability of the calculation methods in European code were verified. In the end,it put forward the improving suggestions on the calculation formula of the pin-connected joint and the related joint construction measures.
