摘要
目的观察生精汤联合手术治疗对精索静脉曲张(varicocele,VC)性不育患者精液质量的影响。方法收集2013年1月至2014年1月期间在济宁医学院附属医院住院治疗的VC性不育患者62例。随机分为观察组32例和对照组30例,观察组患者行精索静脉高位结扎术术后给予生精汤治疗;对照组单纯行精索静脉高位结扎术治疗。术后3个月行精液常规检查,比较精液质量改善情况。结果术后3个月观察组较对照组精液质量明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生精汤联合手术治疗能够显著改善VC性不育患者的精液质量,是中西医结合治疗VC性不育的新途径。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine shengjing decoction on the semen quality of infertile patients with varicocele.Methods From January 2013 to January 2014,62 infertile patients with varicocele,who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College in Shandong province.All patients were divided randomly into observed group and control group.In observed group,32 cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine shengjing decoction after varicocelectomy.In control group,30 cases were treated simply by varicocelectomy.Semen analysis were measured and recorded before operation and 3 months after operation.Results Semen quality of postoperative 3 months in observed group has significant improvement compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine shengjing decoction can significantly improve the semen quality of infertile patients with varicocele,and it is a new approach to the treatment of infertile patients with varicocele combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
