摘要
基于胜任素质理论,采用行为事件访谈法得出高校图书馆志愿者基本素质、基本知识和技能、特殊知识和技能、个人特质共四个维度的胜任特征,依据胜任素质模型的逻辑得出基准性胜任特征和鉴别性胜任特征,并基于此提出从培训需求确定、培训目标设定、培训方案拟定与实施、培训效果评价四方面优化培训流程,提高高校图书馆志愿者胜任素质。
Based on the Competency Theory and by employing Behavior Event Interview, the writer puts forward four competency features of university library volunteers: basic qualifications, basic knowledge and skills, special knowledge and skills, and personal characteristics. According to the logics of competency module, the writer also proposes the threshold competency features and distinctive competency features.According to this, four training processes are set up, including making clear training needs, establishing training objectives, drawing up and implementing training plans, evaluating training effects, thus to improve the competency of university library volunteers.
