摘要
羊毛纤维本身性能优异,通过与其他纤维混纺能降低成本,赋予多样化风格,受到市场青睐。羊毛混纺织物传统两浴法染色,虽然同色性较好,但工艺冗长、能源物耗大,而一浴法染色可缩短工艺流程、节省染色时间,降低能耗、减少污水排放。文章概述了羊毛纤维的基本性能及染色方法,详细介绍了羊毛与纤维素纤维混纺织物、与蛋白质纤维混纺织物、与合成纤维混纺织物的一浴染色工艺,以期为同行研究者提供参考。
There are some excellent performances of wool fiber which could reduce the cost,get a variety of styles and be welcomed by the market after blending with other fibers. The dyeing effect of traditional two-bath dyeing process of wool blended fabric is better,but the process is long and large energy consumption. One-bath dyeing process can shorten the process and dyeing time,reduce energy consumption and wastewater discharge. The basic properties and dyeing method of wool fiber are summarized in this paper. The one-bath dyeing process of wool blended with cellulose fiber,protein fiber and synthetic fiber are described in detail in order to provide a reference for other colleagues.
