摘要 介绍了1000MW等级超超临界汽轮机组大型铸件用材ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1VNbNB钢。通过相图计算、模拟焊后热处理,对比了材料的组织性能变化。试验结果表明:ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1VNbNB钢正火+高温回火后为典型的板条马氏体组织;材料中未形成Laves相;模拟焊后热处理降低了材料的屈服强度和韧性,塑性有所提高。 This article describes the ultra-supercritical steam turbine ZG13Cr9Mo2ColVNbNB casting steel. By calculating the phase diagram, the simulated post-weld heat treatment, compared to the changes in microstructure and properties of materials. The results show that: the microstructure of ZG13Cr9Mo2Col VNbNB steel were lath martensite after normalizing and tempering; Laves phase is not formed; the simulated post-weld heat treatment reduced the toughness, improved the plastic.
