摘要
如何评价海洋石油平台结构安全寿命,如何采取相应的维修方案,已经成为了海洋石油企业管理决策性所需要考虑的重大问题。采用基于疲劳断裂力学控制的评估法,来评估处于中后期服役海洋石油平台的安全寿命,根据安全寿命评估结果,列出不需检修、一般检修、重点检修和立即检修项目,科学地安排检修计划,以保证海洋石油平台结构能够实现可靠、经济和安全地可持续性运行。
