瑞替普酶与尿激酶治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的疗效比较被引量：1

摘要目的对比分析瑞替普酶与尿激酶治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床效果。方法选取武陟县第二人民医院2013年12月至2015年12月收治的70例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予尿激酶溶栓治疗,观察组给予瑞替普酶溶栓治疗。对两组的血管再通率、并发症发生率进行统计比较。结果溶栓后60、90、120 min,观察组血管再通率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(14.29%)低于对照组(37.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞替普酶治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死效果显著,可有效实现血管再通,安全性较高,值得推广应用。
