摘要
目的:观察桃红四物汤加味治疗肘关节骨折的临床疗效。方法:将2013年2月—2015年2月本院收治的肘关节骨折术后患者94例,随机分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组给予术后早期康复训练,观察组则在康复训练的基础上加用桃红四物汤治疗。观察两组患者血清炎性因子水平及肘关节功能改善情况。结果:观察组有效率为87.2%,明显高于对照组的68.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清炎性因子TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平与治疗前相比显著降低,且明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Mayo评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规康复训练的基础上加用桃红四物汤治疗肘关节骨折术后患者疗效确切,抗炎作用明显。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction on elbow fracture. Methods： Ninety-four patients with elbow fracture operation who were treated in our hospital between Feb.of 2013 and Feb. of 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 47 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given early-stage rehabilitation training,while the ones in the observation group were added Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups’ serum inflammatory factors levels and function of the elbow were observed. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 87. 2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group： 68. 1%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group’s serum inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6 levels were significantly decreased after the treatment,and much lower than those of the control group; And the differences between them had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,Mayo score of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Routine Western medicine rehabilitation training in combination with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction has remarkable clinical curative effect on elbow fracture,and obvious anti-inflammatory function.
