摘要
现今各城市在大力开展"亮化"照明工程,塑造城市夜间形象,针对城市夜景观照明现存问题,通过对常德市夜景亮化情况的思考,对我国城市夜景观照明规划所应注意的问题做了探讨,并从景观与环境的角度进行了反思。
