摘要
目的:观察胃复安穴位注射法结合中医辨证护理对于胃癌顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法:选取我科89例确诊为胃癌并伴有顽固性呃逆的患者,辨证分型后对患者实施辨证护理,并选择足三里、膈俞穴进行胃复安穴位注射,观察效果。结果:89例患者中,治愈者7例,占7.9%;有效者46例,占51.7%;无效者30例,33.7%,总有效率为59.6%。结论:穴位注射配合辨证护理对胃癌顽固性呃逆疗效确切,值得进一步研究和应用。
Objective： Clinical effects of acupoint injection with Metoclopramide plus TCM differentiation nursing on intractable hiccups from gastric cancer were observed. Methods： 89 patients in our department were selected and received TCM differentiation nursing plus acupoint injection at Zusanli and Geshu acupoints. Clinical effcacy was observed. Results： 7 cases were cured, accounting for 7.9%; 46 cases were effective, accounting for 51.7%; 30 cases were invalid, accounting for 33.7%; the total effciency was 59.6%. Conclusion： Acupoint injection plus TCM differentiation nursing on intractable hiccups from gastric cancer showed exact effects, was worthy of further research and clinical application.
