摘要
技术创新能力弱是河北经济社会发展的瓶颈。河北要大力推进以企业为主体的自主创新、与京津的合作创新、特色和优势产业技术创新、引进国外技术创新和环境创新 。
The weak power of technological innovations is the bottleneck in Hebei economy development. Hebei should boost technological innovations greatly with enterprises as its mainstay. Cooperation with Beijing and Tianjin should be strengthened. Innovations in special and leading industries should be made. More technology should be introduced. All these can raise the ability in technological innovations.
