摘要
【目的】研究新疆吐鲁番地区春季甜瓜工厂化育苗中徒长苗问题,培育适龄壮苗。【方法】选用甜瓜品种西州密17号为供试品种,用不同浓度的植物生长延缓剂多效唑(PP_(333))和比久(B9)进行喷叶处理。【结果】PP_(333)和B9处理后的甜瓜幼苗株高和下胚轴长度显著小于对照,其中经B9溶液12 000 mg/L B9溶液喷叶处理的幼苗株高和下胚轴长度最小;各处理下幼苗的茎粗均显著高于对照,其中PP_(333)溶液150 mg/L PP_(333)溶液喷叶处理下幼苗茎粗最大;PP_(333)溶液150 mg/L PP_(333)溶液喷叶处理下两片真叶的厚度和根冠比显著高于其他各处理和对照;PP_(333)溶液喷叶处理下的壮苗指数显著高于对照和不同浓度B9溶液的处理。【结论】三个浓度PP_(333)溶液的喷叶处理,对幼苗壮苗指数的影响不存在显著性差异,其中PP_(333)浓度为150和50 mg/L的处理表现最好,可以用于防止幼苗徒长,培育壮苗。
【Objective】To solve the problems such as leggy growth of seedlings in melons met in Xinjiang Turpan factory nursery and cultivate stronger seedling of the right age.【Method】selection melon varieties The variety Ximizhou 17 melon was selected and different concentrations of plant growth retardant with multi effects PP333 and B9 foliar were used for spray treatment.【Result】Using PP333 and B9 treatments,the melon seedling height and hypocotyl length were significantly less than those of the control,among which,the 12,000 mg / L of B9 solution spray,leaves of seedling height and hypocotyl length was the minimum; Seedlings under various processing stem diameters were significantly higher than those of the control. Among them,the 150 mg / L PP333 solution spray,leaf seedling thickness was the strongest; under 150 mg / L PP333 solution spray,the leaf thickness under the two pieces of leaf and root cap ratio were significantly higher than other processing and the control; PP333 solution spray and leaf seedling index was significantly higher than that of the control and different concentrations of B9 solution processing.【Conclusion】Of the three concentrations of PP333 solution spray processing,there is no significant difference in seedling,among which,PP333 concentration of 150 mg / L and the processing of 50 mg / L showed best result which can be used to prevent seedling from leggy growth,thus breeding strong seedlings.
