摘要
为了解决火炮电气控制系统中现场可更换模块在带电状态下的快速更换问题,提出一种热插拔电路的实现方法。阐述热插拔技术的工作原理,设计一种基于短针信号的信号热插拔电路和基于LM5069芯片的电源热插拔电路,分别进行电源热插拔和信号热插拔实验。仿真实验结果表明:该热插拔电路设计具有正确性,能够成功应用于现场可更换模块中,有效提高了系统的可靠性和快速维修性。
For resolving rapid replacement of field replaceable module of artillery electrical control system under power on situation, put forward a method to realize hot swap circuit. Introduce work principle of hot swap technology, design signal hot swap circuit based on short post signal and power supply hot swap circuit based on LM5069 circuit, carry out power supply hot swap test and signal hot swap test separately. The simulation test result shows that: the hot swap circuit design is correct, it can be used in field replaceable module and it improves the reliability and rapid maintainability of the system effectively.
