溴隐亭对高泌乳素血症妇女促性腺激素诱导排卵的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析对高泌乳素血症患者采用溴隐亭进行治疗的疗效,并观察其对患者促性腺激素诱导排卵造成的影响。方法选取2012年12月~2015年12月我院收治的高泌乳素血症患者80例,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用溴隐亭进行治疗。观察及比较两组患者的疗效,且检测两组患者的睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)水平变化。结果与对照组相比,研究组总有效率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后LH、T水平显著低于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高泌乳素血症患者采用溴隐亭进行治疗的疗效显著,可有效改善患者的排卵功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyzethe clinical effect of patients with hyperprolactinemia cured by the bromocriptine,and to observe the infl uence of ovulation induced by gonadotropin releasing hormone.Methods In December 2015 ~ December 2012, 80 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group and study group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given clomiphene treatment, study group based on the treatment in control group was treated with bromocriptine. The effi cacy of two groups of patients were observed and compared, and the levels of testosterone (T) and progesterone (LH) in two groups were detected.Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was signifi cantly higher (P〈0.05). The level of LH and T in the study group was signifi cantly lower than that before treatment and the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The treatment effects of bromocriptine in the treatment of patients with hyperprolactinemia are signifi cant,which can effectively improve the ovulation function of patients, thus it is worth to be promoted.
