摘要
风险评估就是量化某一事件造成的损失程度。风险评估的概念渗透在社会的各个领域,企业进行风险评估的主要目的是预测某一投资事项潜在的投资风险,或行业未来的发展前景,通过对这些因素进行风险评估,可以为社会稳定与健康发展提供充分的保障。水利水文事业作为我国重要的基础产业,是社会发展的支柱,关系着社会民生。对水文事业中水利工程建设进行社会稳定风险评估,可以及时发现水利工程建设中存在的问题,有针对性地采取解决措施,消除这些问题,促使水利工程充分发挥其重要作用。
The risk assessment is to quantify the extent of damage caused by an event. The concept of risk assessment permeates all areas of society, risk assessment of enterprises is to predict the potential investment or the prospects of industry, which can provide adequate safeguards for social stability and healthy development. Water conservancy as an important basic industry is the backbone of social development. Risk assessment can discover the problems in the construction of water conservancy projects, take corrective measures to eliminate these problems, so as to fully play its important role.
