摘要
目的观察同伴支持模式在Graves病患者中的临床治疗效果。方法将326例Graves病患者分为对照组和同伴支持组,对照组仅由医护人员给予一般教育和帮助;同伴支持组实施内容主要包括:疾病相关知识、健康生活方式、饮食指导、突眼的自我护理、用药指导、个人治疗经历分享、音乐疗法及放松训练。比较两组Graves病的临床缓解率、治愈率、复发率差异。结果与对照组相比,同伴支持组的临床缓解率、治愈率提高,复发率降低。结论同伴支持教育增加了Graves病患者的治疗依从性,提高了Graves病缓解率、治愈率,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect of peer support in Graves disease. Methods 326 patients with Graves disease were divided into the treatment group and control group,the control group was only given the general education and help from the medical staff. The implementation of peer support group mainly includes ：disease related knowledge,healthy lifestyle,diet Guidance,self care exophthalmos,medication guide,personal treatment experience sharing,music intracavitary and relaxation training. Compared the differences of clinical remission rate,cure rate,recurrence rate. Results Compared with the control group,the clinical remission rate and the cure rate significantly improved in the treatment group,and the recurrence rate obviously decreased. Conclusion Peer support education increased the treatment compliance of patients with Graves disease,the remission rate and cure rate of Graves disease were improved,Reduce the rate of recurrence.
