摘要
目的分析影响胫骨平台骨折手术疗效的相关因素。方法选择2013年1月～2015年12月在我科进行胫骨平台骨折手术患者作为研究对象,选取100例Schatzker分型为强力造成的复杂型患者,统计病历资料,进行回顾分析。结果 100例患者治疗效果为优57例,良24例,中15例,差4例,优良率为81%。患者年龄、骨折类型、膝关节周围有无合并损伤、手术时机、术后有无并发症及膝关节是否复位对患者治疗效果有明显影响（P〈0.05）;患者性别及致伤原因对治疗效果无明显影响（P〉0.05）。结论对胫骨平台骨折手术治疗效果造成明显影响的危险因素有患者年龄、骨折类型、膝关节周围有无合并损伤、手术时机、术后有无并发症及膝关节是否复位,在后续临床治疗护理中应提高关注,积极寻找解决方法。
Objective To analyze the related factors influencing the surgical outcome of tibial plateau fractures. Methods Patients with tibial plateau fractures were selected as study subjects in our department from January 2013 to December 2015,100 cases of Schatzker type caused by the strong complex type patients were chosen,statistical records were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 100 cases,the treatment effect was excellent in 57 cases,good in 24 cases,in 15 cases,poor in 4 cases,the excellent and good rate was 81%. Patient age, fracture type,around the knee joint with loss,the time of operation and after complications of knee joint whether reduction on treatment effect of patients had a significant effect（P〈0.05）,gender and injury causes and treatment had no significant effect（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Tibial plateau fracture surgery treatment effect caused by risk factors have a significant effect on the patient＇s age,fracture type, around the knee joint with or without associated with loss,the time of operation and after complications of knee joint is reset. In the subsequent clinical nursing should raise concern and actively looking for solutions.
