摘要
通过检测模拟艾灸诊室的空气质量,对艾灸诊室是否存在空气污染的评估提供参考依据。建立艾灸临床环境,委托专业检测公司分别在10根艾条同时燃烧后0.5、1、2h以及燃烧0.5h开门通风5min和燃烧1h开门通风5min 5个不同时间点上对空气中CO、NO2、PM 10、PM 2.5的含量进行检测。点燃10根艾条0.5、1、2h后灸室空气中CO、NO2、PM 10和PM 2.5的浓度范围分别为15.9~37.0mg/m^3、0.012 6~0.022 4mg/m3、0.22~1.28mg/m^3和0.13~0.53mg/m^3,CO、PM 10和PM 2.5浓度高于国家标准。点燃10根艾条0.5h开门通风5min和点燃10根艾条1h开门通风5 min后灸室空气中CO、NO2、PM 10和PM 2.5的浓度范围分别为0.3~0.4mg/m3、0.015 5~0.018 0mg/m^3、0.11~0.13mg/m3和0.04mg/m^3,CO、PM 10和PM 2.5浓度低于国家标准。长时间艾灸产生较高浓度的艾烟,空气中CO、PM 10、PM 2.5的浓度会超出国家标准,但通过保持良好的排气通风,灸室空气中CO、NO2、PM 10、PM 2.5的浓度可控制在安全范围。
The air quality of simulated moxibustion clinic was tested,which could provide references for the evaluation on air pollution in moxibustion clinic.After the clinical environment of moxibustion was established,the contents of CO,NO2,PM 10 and PM 2.5in the air at 5different time points(0.5h,1hand 2hafter 10 moxa sticks were ignited as well as 5 min ventilation after 0.5h moxibustion burning and 5 min ventilation after 1h moxibustion burning)were measured by testing organizations.0.5h,1hand 2hafter 10 moxa sticks were ignited,the content ranges of CO,NO2,PM 10 and PM 2.5in the air were 15.9to 37.0mg/m^3,0.012 6to 0.022 4mg/m^3,0.22 to 1.28mg/m^3 and 0.13 to 0.53mg/m^3,respectively;the contents of CO,PM 10 and PM 2.5were higher than national standard.With 5min ventilation after 0.5hmoxibustion burning and 5min ventilation after1 hmoxibustion burning,the content ranges of CO,NO2,PM 10 and PM 2.5were 0.3to 0.4mg/m^3,0.015 5to0.018 0mg/m^3,0.11 to 0.13mg/m^3 and 0.04mg/m^3,respectively;the contents of CO,PM 10 and PM 2.5were lower than national standard.It is concluded that long-time moxibustion could cause relatively high concentration of moxa smoke,and the contents of CO,PM 10 and PM 2.5in the air will exceed the national standard.However,by keeping good ventilation,the contents of CO,NO2,PM 10 and PM 2.5in the air can be controlled within safe ranges.
