摘要
在社会转型、学校变革的背景下,以淄博师专为例,通过对贫困大学生心理救助的现状进行问卷调查,得出源于经济贫困的心理问题突出、表演成为影响心理贫困的重要因素、勤工助学岗位欠缺并薪酬少、心理救助中教师的爱心空位、心理咨询中贫困生的主体缺失等,是大学贫困生心理救助现状中存有的问题。通过成立贫困生社团、建立多元主体和多样路径的立体资助体系、优化心理救助文化等实现对大学贫困生心理问题的有效救助。
Under the background of social transformation and school reform,we take Zibo Normal College as an example to conduct questionnaire survey into the psychological assistance of poor college students.We find that serious psychological problems arising from economic poverty,and performance have become important elements to lead to psychological poverty.Many problems such as the deficiency of work-study posts,low payment,love vacancy of the teachers,absence of subject among the poor students exist in current psychological consultation of poor college students.We can achieve effective aids for them by setting up poor student society,establishing three-dimensional funding system of diversified subjects and multiple pathways and optimizing psychological assistance culture.
