摘要
师资建设是学校进行各项教学的基础,体育教学也离不开师资建设的不断完善。体育教育一直是高校整体教育的薄弱环节,造成这种问题的重要原因之一就是师资建设不完善。本文深入分析高校体育教师师资建设的不完善问题,探讨如何建设高校体育教师师资的长效机制,从根本上解决高校体育教育不足的问题,加强高校体育的完善发展,促进高校学生的全面发展。
Teachers Construction is the basis for school education, physical education is also inseparable from the continuous improvement of teachers construction. Physical education has been a weak link in the whole college education, one important reason for this problem is the incomplete of teachers＇ construction. In this paper, in-depth analysis the imperfect problem of teachers construction in college sports, discussion on how to build long-term mechanism of college teachers of physical education teachers, physical education insufficient to solve the problem fundamentally,enhance the sound development of university sports, to promote the comprehensive development of university students.
