水氮磷钾四因素对烤烟烟碱含量的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过盆栽试验探讨了水、氮、磷、钾施用量对烤烟不同生育阶段末烤烟烟碱含量影响,为优质烤烟生产提供依据。以"粤烟98"为试验材料,利用多元回归拟合建立不同生育期末烤烟烟碱含量与氮、磷、钾肥及水分用量因子之间的回归模型,分析因素间的交互效应。结果显示:伸根期烟碱含量不受水肥供应量的影响,旺长期烟碱含量与供氮量关系密切;成熟期末烤烟烟碱含量与氮磷钾水供应量显著相关,当其他因子为中间水平时,烤烟烟碱含量随着供氮量的增加而显著增加,随着灌水量的增加而减小,随着施磷量的增加先增加后缓慢减小,随着施钾量的增加先增加后显著减小;水氮和磷钾的交互作用对成熟期末烟碱含量影响显著;在本试验条件下,中等偏下的氮元素(5.52~9.2g/pot)、中等偏上的磷元素(4.6~6.44g/pot)、中等偏下的钾元素(11.04~18.4g/pot)及中等偏上的水分(60%W^70%W)可以使得烤烟的烟碱含量处于适宜范围。 In order to improve the production of high quality flue-cured tobacco, with "yueyan98" as pot experiments material, a quadratic orthogonal regressive rotation design with four factors was used to establish a regression model to investigate the interac- tion effects of irrigation amounts and fertilizer rates of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on nicotine in different growth periods of flue-cured tobacco. The results show that: in the root extending stage, the nicotine content is not affected by water and fertilizer supply; in the fast-growing stage, nitrogen fertilizer has a great influence on nicotine content; in the final maturity stage, nicotine content is significant associated with nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer, potassium fertilizer and water supply. When other factors are mean level, the nicotine content increases significantly with the amount of nitrogen fertilizer, and decreases with the increases of water supply. With the increase of phosphorus amount the nicotine content increases first and then slowly decreases, however, with the increase of potassium supply, the nicotine content increases slowly first and then significant decreases. The interaction effects are displayed that the negative interaction effect between irrigation and nitrogen, the positive interaction effect between phosphorus fertilizer and potassium fertilizer when the fertilizer amount is low, and the negative interaction effect between phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer when the fertilizer amount is high. In this experiment, middle-class nitrogen (5.52-9.2 g/pot), the average phosphorus (4. 6-6.44 g/pot), middle rdi potassium (11.04-18. 4 g/pot) and average water (60%-70% W) enables the nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco in a suitable range.
