大数据是推动政府管理方式和服务模式创新的重要技术手段,是国家治理体系和国家治理能力现代化的重要推手。贵州大数据的发展带来的不仅仅是经济上的数据刷新,也是政府治理模式和治理手段的再思考和再实践。作者通过大数据如何影响贵州服务型政府的实践,提出了大数据推动服务型政府创新的四个维度,及大数据背景下服务型政府创新的几个注意事项。
