摘要
以2014年中国民航7个地区管理局管辖区域的通用航空发展水平为研究对象,选取9个反映通用航空发展能力的原始变量,采用灰色关联度对各区域的发展综合能力进行了由高到低的排序,最后将研究样本聚为3类分析,画出了树状聚类图。结果表明中南地区通用航空发展居首位,新疆相对落后于其他地区,该评价为各区域通用航空可持续发展提供决策依据。
This paper chooses general aviation development level of seven regional administra- tion of China civil aviation as the research object. Selecting nine original variables that can reflect general aviation development capacity, using gray correlation analysis method to rank each region's comprehensive development capacity, the paper finally clusters the study samples into three categories and draws a clustering tree diagram. The results show that the middle-south region ranks first in gen- eral aviation development, while Xinjiang lags behind. The evaluation provides decision basis for sus- tainable development of China's general aviation.
