摘要
本文从管制协调的特点、现状入手,通过对协调席协调工作任务的分析,指出提高协调席工作的效率,可以从减少协调次数以及尽可能地压缩每次协调的时间两方面入手。从战略上讲,空管各单位要高度重视协调席的工作,建立详实的培训考核机制,统一使用规范标准的协调用语,建立一致的协调通则;从战术上讲,培养管制员掌握更多的协调技巧,比如协调用语要规范严谨而且言简意赅,协调方式方法使用得当,分清轻重缓急,杜绝协调泛滥等等。
This article is written according to the characteristics and status analysis of air traffic control coordination. It indicates that there are two methods to improve the efficiency of controller＇s coordination： reducing the frequency of coordination and time consumed in coordination. From the macroscopic view, all control units should attach importance to the work of coordination, establish a detailed training assessment mechanism, standardize the words and phrases used, and set the rules of coordination. Tactically, controllers should be trained for more coordination skills, such as using stan- dard terms, transmitting concisely and comprehensively, employing appropriate coordination methods, distinguishing the order of priority, and avoiding over-coordination, etc.
