摘要
目的:观察百合固金汤加减联合抗痨治疗阴虚火旺型肺结核的临床疗效。方法:将60例阴虚火旺型肺结核患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组单用西医四联抗痨治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用百合固金汤加减。观察两组患者的临床疗效及临床症状改善情况。结果:两组患者在临床症状(发热、咯痰、盗汗、乏力等)、体征(舌质、舌苔)、及辅助检查(血沉)方面,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百合固金汤加减联合抗痨治疗阴虚火旺型肺结核疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction in combination with quadruple methods on tuberculosis（ TB） of type of yin deficiency and extreme fire. Methods： Sixty patients with TB of type of yin deficiency and extreme fire were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were only treated with Western medicine quadruple methods resisting TB treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added Modified Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects and improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed. Results： In terms of clinical symptoms（ such as fever,phlegm,night sweating and fatigue,etc） and physical signs（ tongue nature and fur） and auxiliary examination（ blood sedimentation）,the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 33%,while that of the control group was73. 33%; and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction in combination with quadruple methods has a remarkable clinical curative effect on tuberculosis（ TB） of type of yin deficiency and extreme fire.
