摘要
科学、有效的教学质量评估体系是保障完成课程设置内容的重要保证。新疆高校在双语教学效果评价方面存在着评估手段相对单一、评估指标体系不够规范等方面的缺陷。此外,新疆高校在开展双语教学方面开展的时间不长,缺乏相关的双语教学质量评估经验和成熟的教学质量评估指标体系。文章结合新疆高校双语教学的现状和双语学生自身的特点,初步构建出了适合新疆高校的双语教学质量评估指标体系,该指标体系的构建,能够为其他高校的双语教学质量评估指标体系提供一些可借鉴和参考的地方。
Scientific and effective evaluation system of teaching quality is an important guarantee to ensure the completion of the curricul um content. The evaluation of the effect of bilingual teaching in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang is relatively simple, such as the singl e evaluation method, the evaluation index system is not standardized and so on. In addition, Xinjiang colleges and universities in the devel opment of bilingual education is not long, the lack of relevant teaching quality assessment of the bilingual teaching quality assessment and mature index system. In this paper, the present situation of bilingual teaching in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang and bilingual studen ts' characteristics, initially construct the evaluation index system that is suitable for the quality of bilingual teaching in Colleges and univer sities in Xinjiang, the construction of the index system, for the quality of bilingual teaching in other colleges and universities evaluation in dex system to provide some referential.
