摘要
建设项目设计产品的优劣绝不单单取决于设计单位、施工单位或监理单位,还与业主方的参与和管理水平密切相关。根据项目设计管理的特点,基于系统思考的基本原则,着重分析了业主方在设计阶段质量控制方面的诸多因素,然后将有效的质量控制方法及措施应用于设计管理工作中。
The quality of design products of construction project not only depends on the designing institutions,construction organization,or construction supervision unit also with the level of owner＇s participation and management closely.According to the characteristics of the project design management,based on the basic principles of systems thinking,we analyze the impacted factors and quality in the design management process,and the effective methods are applied on the progress and quality control to the design management.
