摘要
目的:探讨神经母细胞瘤转移灶的CT特征。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院11例经病理证实的神经母细胞瘤伴转移患者的影像学资料,分析其螺旋CT表现。结果:本组11例患者,病灶原发于腹膜后者5例,其中伴肝转移2例、髂骨转移1例,颅骨转移1例;病灶原发于纵隔内者4例,其中锁骨上淋巴结转移3例、肺部转移1例;原发于椎体旁者2例,其中肋骨转移1例,肝转移1例;转移灶螺旋CT表现为类圆形、环形强化影,骨质破坏、淋巴结肿大伴环形强化、肺内均匀强化结节。结论:神经母细胞瘤转移灶的螺旋CT表现多样、但有一定特点,熟悉这些影像学特点,可为临床诊断本病提供非常重要的信息。
Purpose： To explore the neuroblastoma metastases of spiral CT images. Materials and Methods： Retro- spective analysis of 11 cases confirmed by pathology in patients with neuroblastoma with transfer imaging data, analysis of the spiral CT manifestations. Results ： 11 patients, lesion primary peritoneal latter in 5 cases, including 1 with liver metastasis in 2 cases, ilium transfer cases, skull metastasis in 1 case; Primary mediastinal lesions in 4 cases, including supraclavicular lymph node metastasis （3 cases）, lung metastasis in 1 case; Primary in vertebral side in 2 cases, including 1 rib metastasis, liver metastasis in 1 case; Metastases spiral CT performance for the type of circular, circular shadow, bone destruction, lymph node enlargement with peripheral, strengthen evenly in pulmonary nodules. Conclusion： Spiral CT manifestation of neuroblas- toma metastases, but there are certain characteristics, familiar with the imaging features, can provide important information for clinical diagnosis of the disease.
