摘要
介绍了一种高功率旋转场移相器的设计方法。通过对铁氧体材料、结构、电性能多方面设计考虑,研制出一种相移精度高、调制插损小和功率容量高的移相器,其具体指标为X波段、峰值功率1700 W、平均功率200W、相移精度优于2°、转换时间小于300μs。该方法在结构设计、功率设计方面有独到之处,为后续类似产品的设计提供了新的思路。
A design method of high power rotary-field phase-shifter is introduced. By considering the ferrite material,structure and microwave performances,an X-band phase-shifter having high phase-shift accuracy,low insertion loss modulation and high power capability is developed. Its peak power is larger than 1700 W,average power is larger than 200 W,phase shift accuracy is better than 2°,and transition time is less than 300 μs. This is a novel method in structure designing and power considering which can provide new ideas for designing similar products.
