摘要
结合国内外案例的分析,对科学研究过程中利益冲突的表现以及可能带来的负面影响进行了剖析,并通过对欧美大学利益冲突政策的比较分析,提出规范我国高校研究人员行为的政策建议.
In response to growing public and policy concern about conflicts of interest（ COI） in university research,it analyzed the impact that interest conflicts problems brought to scientific integrity and public trust,and explored what should be done to prevent inlerest conflicts problems. It concluded with some regulatory suggestions for controlling individual and institutional conflicts of interest problems to restore the integrity of academic science and its social values.
