This paper studies high consequence area i- dentification, risk assessment and other key manage-ment integrity to interpret and analyze the mandatory provisions of GB 32167 -2015 oil and gas pipeline integrity management specifications. Study shows that GB 32167 has made greatly improved, given full consideration to national conditions, adapted to the current management status of pipeline in our country. It has stronger operability and applicability than the standards in the past. Also proposed pipeline companies determine the detection time interval according to their own pipeline characteristics, rather than simply copying foreign data.
