摘要
地方高校新闻传播类专业师资队伍流动性大,无业界经验者众,双师型者寡,不利于卓越师资队伍建设。国家已出台卓越新闻传播师资队伍建设相关政策与标准,地方高校可通过"引才""掘才""借才""融才"来建构卓越师资队伍。根据新闻传播专业师资队伍建设的国家标准,新闻传播专业卓越师资队伍应在马克思主义新闻观指引下,做到教学和科研各有分工、各有侧重,充分利用地方高校优势,走产、学、研相结合的道路,打造卓越的"双师型"教师队伍和特色科研团队。
The liquidity of the faculty of Journalism and Communication Major in local universities is big. Most teachers have no practical experience. This is disadvantageous to the construction an excellent faculty team. The state government has introduced cultivating policies and standards about excellent talents scheme, through ＂introduction, digging, borrowing, melting＂ talents to construct excellent teaching staff for local colleges. According to the national standard, the construction of the faculty of Journalism and Communication Major should be under the guidance of the views of Marxist journalism, differentiate teaching from research, take the ascendancy of local colleges, and take the roads of industry, academia and research combination, so as to build an excellent faculty team and characteristic scientific research team.
