摘要
通过对北京市城区的餐馆进行实地调查,针对不同规模的餐馆,分别对其餐厨垃圾和地沟油产生的数量、含油率、特性和最终用途进行了深入的调查分析。指出目前地沟油产业发展中所存在的问题,并给出合理建议。
Through different scales on-site survey of restaurants in Beijing urban areas, the production, oil content, characteristics and final use of kitchen waste and waste oil were investigated and analyzed. 'The problems of waste oil industrial development and reasonable suggestions were pointed out.
