从军事信息系统到网络信息空间的认知跨越

摘要 对军队信息化的认知应该从军事信息系统跨越到网络信息空间领域,以物理层的硬件平台、语法层的软件平台、语义层的应用软件和大数据等信息服务三足鼎立构造的应用平台,加上嵌入系统、数据和应用的安全体系,共同构建起自主可控的网络信息空间.不仅需要从功能层面对军队信息化进行认知,实现对作战系统的运行支撑以及对军队管理系统的构建支持,还应该从对技术的选择与评价的层面来认知网络信息空间,推动我军未来的发展;有意识地引导和推动各相关技术与知识的发展,以满足对未来军队的支撑. Our cognition about military informatization should leap from military information system to cyberspace.Cyberspace consists of application platform,which is formed by hardware platform in physical layer,software platform in grammar layer and application software in semantic layer and information service like big data,and the security system embedded in the operational systems,data and applications.Military informatization not only needs the cognition on function layer to support the operations of combat systems and the construction of military management system,but also cognizes cyberspace from the perspective of technology choice and appraisals to promote our military informatization.It also needs guiding and promoting the improvement on related technology and knowledge consciously in order to support the future military.
