肠系膜纤维瘤病一例
摘要
患者男，38岁，因“进食后恶心、呕吐40余天”入院。查体：腹部无阳性体征。腹部MRI显示十二指肠空肠交界处异常信号灶呈渐进性不均匀强化。于最后一期强化最明显。考虑十二指肠空肠交界处肿瘤，合并肠腔狭窄、十二指肠梗阻（图1）。
