摘要
秦汉时期,华夷之间的饮食交流日益密切且内容丰富,双方通过引种与移栽、贡纳、掠夺与战争、赏赐与援助、贸易与交换等诸多途径和方式,展开了多层次、多方位的交叉性交流,成为古代中国饮食交流史上的重要环节。
During the Qin and Han Dynasties, Chinese (Yi or Chinese neighbors) by diverse dietetic cultural exchanges increased between Chinese and non- means. They achieved multi-level and muhi-faceted exchanges and communication through a variety of ways such as plants introduction and transplantation, tributes and charges, plunder and war, reward and aid, trade and exchange, etc. Hua and Yi dietetic cultural exchanges at this period played an important role in ancient Chinese dietetic cultural communication history
