重视脊柱畸形手术围手术期并发症的预测和管理 被引量:2

摘要 青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(adolescentidiopathicscoliosis,AIS)在1-16岁人群中的发病率为1%-3%,由于我国人口基数大,每年有大量的患者需要进行相关的手术治疗。脊柱矫形手术是一种风险较高的治疗脊柱侧弯的方法。近20年来,随着我国脊柱外科水平的不断提高,术后并发症已经大为减低。
