摘要
目的:研究分析康复护理联合热敏灸对风寒湿型膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者疼痛和生活质量的影响。方法:选取膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组40例,其中对照组接受康复护理干预,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合热敏灸治疗。结果:实施护理干预2个疗程后,治疗组治愈率为30.0%,临床疗效总有效率为95.0%,而对照组治愈率为20.0%,临床疗效总有效率为70.0%,治疗组一般健康状态、生理机能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康7个维度得分均显著高于对照组,治疗组疼痛症状、关节功能障碍症状评分均优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理联合热敏灸可促进风寒湿型膝骨性关节炎患者的康复,提高生活质量。
Objective： To study effect on knee pain and life quality in patients with osteoarthritis of Wind Cold Dampness syndrome by rehabilitation nursing combined with moxibustion. Methods： The 80 cases of pa- tients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, 40 cases in each. Patients re- ceived rehabilitation nursing intervention in the control group, and the patients in the treatment group were giv- en thermal moxibustion treatment based on the nursing intervention in the control group. Results： After 2 cours- es, the cure rate was 30.0% and the clinical efficacy was 95% in treatment group, while 20.0% and 70.0% re- spectively in control group. The treatment group showed higher scores on general health state, physiological function, physical pain, physical function, social function, emotional function and mental health than the control group, as well as better condition of pain and joint function than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of rehabilitation nursing combined with moxibustion can promote rehabili- tation and improve the quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis of Wind Cold Dampness syndrome.
