摘要
目的探讨健脾疏肝中药联合红蓝光治疗青春期后痤疮的疗效。方法选取2014年6～11月在首都医科大学附属北京中医医院皮肤科门诊确诊的肝郁脾虚证痤疮患者92例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组给予复合维生素B联合红蓝光治疗，观察组给予健脾疏肝中药联合红蓝光治疗。观察两组治疗前后病灶数目、皮损情况、皮脂溢出、肤色情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组[93．5％（43／46）比78．3％（36／46）]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后，观察组病灶数目、皮损情况、皮脂溢出、肤色情况评分均低于对照组[（1．21±0．12）分比（1．51±0．21）分，（1．61±0．32）分比（2．68±0．74）分，（1．01±0．28）分比（1．68±0．63）分，（1．11±0．41）分比（2．32±0．54）分]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组和对照组不良反应的总发生率分别为4．4％（2／46）、6．5％（3／46），差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论健脾疏肝中药联合红蓝光治疗青春期后痤疮疗效显著，不良反应较少，值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine strengthening spleen and soothing liver combined with blue-red LED phototherapy in treating postpubescent acne. Methods Total of 92 cases of acne of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type in Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Capital Medical University from June to November 2014 were included in the study, and divided into an observation group and a control group ,46 cases each. The control group was given compound vitamin B combined with blue-red light treatment,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine strengthening spleen and soothing liver combined with blue-red light treatment. The number of lesions, skin lesion condition,sebum spills and skin color of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results Total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group [ 93.5 % （43/46） vs 78.3 % （ 36/46 ） ], the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the number of lesions, skin lesion condition, sebum spills and skin color scores of the observation group were lower than the control group [ （ 1.21 ± 0. 12） scores vs （ 1.51 ± 0.21 ） scores, （ 1.61 ± 0. 32 ） scores vs （ 2.68 ± 0.74 ） scores, （ 1.01 ± 0. 28 ） scores vs （ 1.68 ± 0. 63 ） scores, （ 1. 11 ± 0. 41 ） scores vs （2. 32 ± 0. 54） scores ] , the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group and control group were 4. 4% （2/46） ,6. 5% （3/46）, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of blue-red phototherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine for strengthening spleen and soothing liver for postpubeseent acne has significant effect and less adverse reactions, thus is worthy of promotion in clinical.
