摘要
中国面临着巨大的节能减排压力,合同能源管理作为先进的市场化节能机制,仍然面临着企业外购意愿严重不足的现实瓶颈。本文依据计划行为理论、交易价值分析理论等,构建出理论模型和研究假设,通过问卷调查的方式,对回收数据进行单因素方差分析和结构方程模型研究,对比和分析了影响企业外购合同能源服务意愿的核心因素。最后,从控制因素、外部因素和中介因素3方面对节能服务公司、政府及第三方机构提出了针对性和实用性对策和建议。
China faces enormous pressure on energy-saving emission reduction, and energy management contract, as an advanced market-oriented energy-saving mechanism, still faces the bottleneck of weak willingness for business outsourcing. For the current situation above, a new theoretical model and research hypothesis were built based on the theory of planned behav- ior and transaction value. Through the way of questionnaire survey, the reclaimed data was analyzed by single factor vari- ance analysis and structural equation model, and the core influencing factors were compared and analyzed. Finally, perti- nence and practical countermeasures and suggestions for energy service companies, governments and agencies were put forward from three aspects including control factors, external factors and mediating factors.
