摘要
《女科撮要》所含175则完整医案中,栀子共应用75次,应用范围涉及经、带、胎、产各种妇科病证。薛己经合理配伍,将栀子用于治疗痰湿、实火、血热、虚热等证,多有效验。本文结合《女科撮要》中应用栀子的典型病案对上述经验进行分析,为栀子在妇科疾病中的应用提供借鉴。
In the 175 detailed medical cases from Nvke Cuoyao,fructus gardenia was used in 75 cases. The application of fructus gardenia ranged from gynecopathy to obstetrics. Through reasonable combination of traditional Chinese medicine,XUE Ji applied fructus gardenia to phlegm- dampness syndrome,excessive fire syndrome,blood- heat syndrome and deficient heat syndrome,and most of the application brought satisfied results.This essay analyzed the application experience of fructus gardenia with the typical cases in Nvke Cuoyao,providing reference for application of fructus gardenia in treatment of gynecological diseases.
