摘要
李文杰教授认为痰、虚(不论血虚,阳虚)、情志不调或原发脏腑疾病相互作用,影响肝脾功能,脾失运化或肝失疏泄,扰及心神,发为心悸;提出"心悸之诊治应究其根本,实则泻之,虚则补之"的独到见解,实证(痰热内扰、肝郁化火)心悸,重在理气消痰,疏肝化火;虚者(心血不足、心阳不振),治疗以益气养血,温补心阳,宁心安神为主;情志不调,当疏肝解郁,清火安神,逍遥散主之;组方遣药配伍体现药对相须相使,注意药味、剂量比例;根据证型,采取相应治法方药。
