桥梁加固中沟槽植筋新旧混凝土界面抗剪性能试验研究 被引量:6

Experimental Sudy on Shear Behavior of Grooved Interface between Newly Poured and Existing Concrete with Reinforcement in Bridge Rehabilitation

摘要 本文针对沟槽植筋新旧混凝土界面抗剪性能进行试验研究。该界面处理方式已在佛开高速多座旧桥加固中采用。以界面处理方式、沟槽尺寸、配筋率作为试验参数,研究了该界面的开裂荷载、抗剪承载力、剪切滑移、剪胀、破坏形态。试验结果表明试件抗剪承载力随沟槽宽度、植筋率的增加而增加,设置沟槽的试件抗剪能力相比凿毛粗糙处理有所提高,试件的延性随植筋率的增加而增加。通过与美国ACI、AASHTO LRFD规范中植筋新旧混凝土界面抗剪承载力公式计算值的对比,认为美国ACI规范可以用于计算沟槽植筋新旧混凝土界面抗剪承载力,并给出了建议取值摩擦系数μ=1.0。 The shear behavior of grooved interface with reinforcement between existing concrete and newly poured concrete is experimentally researched,which has been adopted in the rehabilitation project of several old bridges in Foshan- Kaiping expressway. Taking interface type,groove size and reinforcement ratio as the testing parameters,the cracking load,shear capacity,shear slippage,shear dilation,and failure modes in the specimens of the interface are investigated. The test result shows that( 1) the shear capacity of specimens increases with the increasing of the width of the groove and reinforcement ratio;( 2) the grooves cut on the concrete surface can improve the shear capacity comparing with the roughened surface;( 3) the ductility of specimens enhances with the increasing of reinforcement ratio. The test result is compared with the calculated interface shear strength between newly poured and existing concrete with transverse reinforcement by provisions of ACI and AASHTO LRFD. It is thought that The ACI specification can be used to estimate the interface shear strength between newly poured and existing concrete,and the friction coefficient μ is suggested to be 1. 0.
