摘要
为了解温和气单胞菌在大麻哈鱼中的发病症状并进行药敏试验,并为预防和治疗该病在大麻哈鱼中暴发提供试验数据,从患病大麻哈鱼鱼苗的鳃及内脏等病灶部位分离到1株细菌,经腹腔人工注射和人工浸浴感染试验均出现与自然病例相似的症状,并分离到革兰染色和生理生化特性结果与原菌株相同的细菌。结果表明,该菌为短杆状、两端钝圆的革兰阴性菌,与D-葡糖酸、丙二酸和葡萄糖等反应呈阳性,而与黏菌素、七叶苷和L-阿拉伯糖等反应呈阴性,结合16S r RNA基因序列分析结果,该菌与温和气单胞菌的亲缘关系最近,鉴定为温和气单胞菌。药敏试验结果显示,对氨苄西林、四环素和左氧氟沙星等药物表现出耐药,对阿米卡星和亚胺培南等药物敏感。本试验首次从大麻哈鱼体中分离出温和气单胞菌,并得到8种高度敏感的药物,同时阐明了温和气单胞菌在大麻哈鱼中的发病症状。
To understand symptoms of Aeromonas sobria in Oncorhynchus keta and conduct drug sensitivity test,and provide experimental data for the prevention and treatment of the disease outbreaks in the O.keta,one strain of bacterium was isolated from lesion location of gill and viscera of the diseased fry of O.keta.After artificial injection with the bacterial suspensions,the healthy fry appeared the symptoms similar to those in natural diseased fry.Another strain of the same pathogen was isolated from diseased fry caused by the artificial infection.The results showed that the bacteria were short and rounded at both ends of the Gram negative,D-glucose-positive,malonic acid-positive,glucose-positive,colistin-negative,esculin-negative,L-Arabinose-negative.Together with the 16 S r RNA gene sequence analysis results showed that this bacteria was most closely related to A.sobria,the strain was identified as A.sobria.The antibiotic sensitivity analysis showed that bacteria strain was resistant to ampicillin,tetracycline,levofloxacin and sensitive to amikacin,imipenem Meropenem.In conclusion,this test verified that the bacterium was A.sobria,as well as drug sensitivity identified some kinds of drugs which were highly sensitive to the bacterium.This studyprovides the reliable theory basis and data for the treatment and prevention of O.keta＇s diseases caused by the bacterium.
