摘要
根据某造纸厂热敏涂料间歇式生产工艺控制需求,在现有横河分布式控制系统CENTUM VP配方管理和批量控制功能的基础上,进行新型配方架构应用的优化研究、设计和组态,以达到生产上柔性操作和监控的目的。
In accordance with process control requirement of temperature-sensitive paint production in a papermaking plant,based on existed recipe and batch control function of Yokogawa DCS using CENTUM VP,perform optimizing application research,design and configuration have been done for new model of recipe frame building so as to accomplish flexible operation and monitoring in the process of production.
