CT尿路造影与磁共振尿路成像用于泌尿系统结石诊断价值探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究比较CT尿路造影与磁共振尿路成像在泌尿系统结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取泌尿系统结石患者90例,均经病理检查确诊为泌尿系统结石,其中45例行CT尿路造影检查,另45例行磁共振尿路成像检查,就两组影像学检查的准确率与总体图像质量评级展开比较,并予以统计学处理。结果:CT尿路造影的诊断准确率为95.6%,与磁共振尿路成像的75.6%准确率相比有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT尿路造影图像质量评级中1级、2级、3级、4级分别为2.2%、4.4%、53.3%、40.0%,与磁共振尿路成像的2.2%、6.7%、48.9%、42.2%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT尿路造影在诊断泌尿系统结石的准确率较磁共振尿路成像更高,但两种检查方式均具有扫描范围大、图像质量清晰等优势,而且磁共振尿路成像作为一种非侵袭性、无需造影剂的检查方式,在泌尿系统结石诊断中亦具有十分重要的作用,临床应根据具体情况选择合理的诊断方式。 Objective To study the application of CT in the diagnosis of urinary calculi with the magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance imaging. Method 90 cases of urinary stone were collected,they were confirmed by pathological examination for urinary tract stones,which 45 cases were performed with CT urography,another 45 routine magnetic resonance urinary tract imaging,on two groups of imaging accuracy and overall image quality graded were compared and statistical analysis. Results CT urography in the diagnosis accuracy 95. 6%,the accuracy of 75. 6% and magnetic resonance urography had significant difference compared,by statistical analysis( P〈0. 05); CT urography images quality rating level 1,level 2,level 3,level 4 respectively 2. 2%,4. 4%,53. 3%,40. 0%,and magnetic resonance urography 2. 2%,6. 7%,48. 9%,42. 2% compared to the no significant difference,does not have statistical significance( P〉0. 05). Conclusion CT urography in the accuracy of the diagnosis of urinary system stones is more higher than magnetic resonance urography,but the two modalities has large range scanning,image quality clear advantage,and magnetic resonance urography as a non- invasive and without contrast agent check type,in the diagnosis of urinary system stones also has a very important role,clinical should according to specific circumstances,the choice of the reasonable way of diagnosis.
