Determination of Absorptive Ability to the Heavy Metals As, Hg in Rhizoma Curcumae longae Growing in Different Regions

摘要 采用原子荧光光谱法测定了同一地区2个不同区域中姜黄及其栽培土壤中As和Hg的含量,并评价了姜黄不同药用部位对土壤中As和Hg的吸收富集能力。研究结果表明该地区生长于不同区域的姜黄中As和Hg的含量有一定差异,且姜黄对土壤中As和Hg的富集能力均较弱。试验方法回收率在95.80%~108.4%之间,方法准确可靠。试验可为该地区姜黄的规范化种植提供参考。 The atomic fluorescence spectrometry was applied to determine the heavy metal including As and Hg in rhizoma Curcumae longae growing in two different regions and cultivated soil, and the absorption ability of the heavy metal was evaluated. The research results showed different medicinal parts of rhizoma Curcumae longae growing in two different regions had some differences in the content of As and Hg, and the rhizoma Curcumae longae indicated a weak absorptive ability to the heavy metal As and Hg. The experimental recoveries were between 95.80%~108.4%. The result could give some useful information for the standardized cultivation of rhizoma Curcumae longae.
