深埋大倾角工作面巷道围岩稳定性分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对深埋大倾角工作面巷道变形大、难支护的问题,以陈蛮庄煤矿3402轨道巷为工程背景,结合理论分析、UDEC^(2D)数值模拟软件和钻孔窥视技术综合探究了深埋泥岩顶板巷道稳定性的影响因素,并从顶板裂隙发育的角度探究了工作面上端头冒顶多发的原因。研究表明:对于深埋大倾角工作面巷道,高地应力、顶板平行层向裂隙发育、两侧煤帮垂直层面裂隙发育以及周边采动是造成巷道变形大的主要原因;巷道断面形式从优到劣依次为半圆拱型、梯形、矩形;受巷道大变形特征影响,工作面一侧煤帮上方顶板在其下方煤体被开挖之前已受到破坏,这是工作面推进过程中上端头冒顶事故多发的主因。 Aiming at the large deformation and support difficulty of working face roadway in deep-buried coal seam with large dip angle,based on the engineering background of 3402 panel in Chenmanzhuang coal mine,the paper applies theoretical analysis,UDEC^(2D)simulation and fiber borehole observation to analyze influence factors for deep-buried roadway deformation with mudstone roof. Meanwhile, based on the roof cracks development, reason for frequent roof caving accidents in working face upper-end is studied. The results indicates that,high ground stress,well- developed parallel plane fracture in roof,well-developed vertical fracture in coal ribs and surrounding mining are the main causes for large deformation of roadway. The optimal section form of roadway is semicircle arch,echelon is better than rectangle. Affected by the large deformation of roadway,roof in the upper-end of working face fractures before the excavation,which is the main reason for roof caving during the advancing of working face.
