摘要
在直吹式制粉系统中,原煤温度对制粉系统热平衡的影响较大。首先根据国内某电厂制粉系统热平衡计算得出原煤物理热与磨煤机进口干燥剂温度的关系;在此基础上提出一种加热原煤仓内原煤的新技术,即在原煤仓内设置原煤加热器。该技术充分利用汽轮机低能级抽汽作为原煤加热器的加热热源,在排烟温度不变的情况下,相当于增加了进入炉膛的热量,提高了机组的热经济性。该技术的研究与开发不仅对节约能源和保护环境起到一定的推动作用,而且对电厂工程设计具有一定的指导作用。

Then, a new technology to heat the raw coal in original raw coal is ad- vanced, namely raw coal heater. This technology makes full use of steam turbine low level extraction as a raw coal heater heat source of heat, Under the condition of constant exhaust temperature, and equivalent- ly to increase quantity of heat to the furnace, at the same time, improving the thermal efficiency of the u- nit. This research and development of the technology not only has a role on saving energy and protecting the environment, but also has a guiding role on the design of power plant.
